NRG Thomaston to Torrington Routing Study

NVCOG received a 2016 Responsible Growth and Transit Oriented Development grant from the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) to conduct a comprehensive routing study of the Naugatuck River Greenway from Bogue Road in Torrington to a section of trail being built in Thomaston at the Water Pollution Control facility. The goal of the study is to identify a preferred route for the NRG through field investigation and public and stakeholder engagement, and to develop project phasing with cost estimates in preparation for future funding opportunities.
